25% Growth for eDigitalResearch

UK-based Voice of the Customer specialist eDigitalResearch has announced record 25% growth in its annual turnover, to 'just shy of £10m' for the 2014/2015 financial year.

The company says this fifteenth consecutive year of growth reflects new clients as well as a number of major global project expansions, and has seen the addition of 22 new members of staff over twelve months.

eDigital has unveiled an updated company vision and branding, has a new web site prepped for launch and says it flew the entire staff to Abu Dhabi for strategic planning and team building at its 2015 annual conference.

According to Chairman Chris Russell, recent key appointments in the research, technical and innovation teams will gear the firm up for continued growth. He comments: 'Our aim from day one has been to provide clients with actionable insight using leading-edge digital methodologies. The fact that we're now in our fifteenth year and still doing this, but on a global level, is a fantastic achievement. We pioneered digital Voice of the Customer programmes way back when and will continue to develop our SaaS technology as we build upon our latest success.'

eDigital's growth in the previous year was almost equally impressive, adding 20 percent.
