Deloitte Buys Customer Experience Measurement Firm LRA

US-based customer experience measurement firm LRA Worldwide (LRA) has been acquired for an undisclosed sum by accountancy and consulting firm Deloitte.

Rob RushLRA offers performance measurement services, including the design, development and implementation of customer satisfaction and loyalty research programmes. It conducts more than 13,000 hotel audits a year and has 350,000 customer survey responses in its benchmarking database. Clients include global hospitality brands, as well as companies in the gaming, automotive, dining, healthcare, sports and entertainment, real estate, retail and travel industries.

The company will now join Deloitte Advisory's Strategic Risk Services practice, while continuing to expand field research offerings across the hospitality, retail, healthcare and other sectors. Following the acquisition, the firm will operate under the name 'LRA by Deloitte'.
