Prophet Hires Thng in Hong Kong

Brand strategy and marketing consultancy Prophet has appointed Jacqueline Alexis Thng as a Partner, based in its Hong Kong office and charged with expanding the company's footprint across Asia.

Jacqueline Alexis ThngProphet, which mixes research, strategy and creative inputs, acquired innovation agency (r)evolution three years ago, strengthening its focus on linking consumer insights to business growth.

Thng (pictured) joins the firm's Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong, which is home to a twenty-strong team of strategists, designers and creative consultants. She has more than twenty years of consulting experience, and most recently served as CEO of Lexis Branding. Prior to this, she was Managing Director of WPP firm The Brand Union, having started her career as Senior Consultant with Addison Design Consultants, also owned by WPP.

Michael Dunn, CEO at Prophet, says the appointment is 'a great example of how we are continuing to invest in Asia and help clients to grow their businesses by instigating customer insight driven strategies'. He adds: 'Our clients will definitely benefit from Jacqueline's drive and foresight in building brands'.
