UK agency eDigitalResearch has launched a tool called HUB Text Analytics, to help explore verbatim comments from a range of data, including social media and live chat exchanges.
Last year, the firm partnered with software firm Lexalytics to develop a real-time text analytics tool. The partnership merged Lexalytics' Salience text analysis engine and eDigital's own HUB system, which sifts and analyses unstructured comments published online.
Powered by the Lexalytics engine, the all new HUB Text Analytics exploratory solution uses technology and data visualisation techniques to enable users to gain insight into customer comments. All features can be customised, and comments are automatically analysed for themes, categories, sentiment and strength of feeling in real-time. In addition, it can uncover emerging trends, categorise what is being said, and monitor themes over time.
