ZappiStore Hires in Singapore and US

Online research 'app store' platform ZappiStore has appointed former Lightspeed GMI exec Roxan Toll as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing in Singapore; while Eileen Rozic joins in the US as Vice President of Sales, West Coast.

Launched in 2013 by Spring Research founder Stephen Phillips, London-based ZappiStore allows users to purchase access to market research solutions to use in their creative testing and new product development projects. The 'express' version of TNS's flagship ConversionModel brand equity tool and the DIY version of Millward Brown eStatic copy-testing solution are available on the platform, and last year their parent company Kantar invested an undisclosed amount in the company. ZappiStore already operates in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, France and Germany, China and Japan.

Toll (pictured) previously spent nearly eight years at WPP-owned Lightspeed GMI, where she was a Director, Head of the Australia and New Zealand territories, and a member of the AsiaPac leadership team. Rozic joins the firm in Portland, Oregon, after more than three years as Client Development Director at BuzzBack, and having previously served in senior roles at InsightsNow, Aquent, Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, and Cision.

Commenting on the company's expansion, Phillips said: 'What we are witnessing is a global trend, a hunger for people to understand the mind-set of the consumer, their thoughts, feelings, their likes and dislikes, where they are today and not where they were two months ago.
