In London, Kantar public sector division TNS BMRB has appointed Hazel Wilkinson and Sally Panayiotou as Directors in its Policy and Communications practices respectively.
Wilkinson joins from marcoms consultancy Corporate Culture, she where worked for the past four years and latterly served as Client Services Director. Before this, she worked at behaviour change company The Hub, and she was an AD at Opinion Leader for five years. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading some of TNS BMRB's key client accounts and projects, including research and strategic consultancy for Public Health England.
Panayiotou previously spent seven years at Ipsos MORI, the last five as Research Director, and earlier as Head of Charities Research. Within this time, she also spent seven months on secondment at the Cabinet Office. Before Ipsos MORI, she was a Research Consultant at Discovery Research, and a Research Executive at NFO / TNS NFO. At TNS BMRB, she will work across a broad portfolio of policy research and evaluation studies.
