OMR Globus Unveils Free Survey Tool

Research technology firm OMR Globus has launched a free customer feedback tool and portal called Q123, including survey set-up, analysis and reporting.

The firm, founded in 2012 and with offices in the UK, Canada and Bangladesh, says Q123 complements its existing Q One Panel Management Platform and turn-key research technology. With the latest product, clients are guided through the set-up of a customer satisfaction survey by a design wizard, which also helps customise an invitation. Surveys can include the Net Promoter Score (NPS), and the package analyses results, allowing export to Excel or a pre-populated and branded MS PowerPoint presentation.

The new portal joins existing products Q One, a proprietary panel hosting, sampling and survey platform; online survey programming platform Q Script; Q BOX, a secure cloud enterprise storage and file sharing solution; and business VoIP telephony solution Q Phone.
