CEM and text analytics firm Clarabridge has expanded into Turkey and the UAE via partnerships with local firms OBASE and CMCS.
Software and consulting company OBASE is the new partner in Istanbul, with expertise in Business Intelligence, retail and analytical solutions. Its clients will now be offered the Clarabridge CX Suite solution along with implementation and strategic advice from OBASE.
CMCS focuses on project portfolio management solutions, and has its headquarters in Dubai, but serves clients in forty countries in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas.
'The CEM marketplace in the Middle East is growing quickly', says Sal Uslugil, Clarabridge Chief Revenue Officer. 'These partnerships will enable Clarabridge to bring superior customer experience tools and technology to businesses in these regions and to locally support their efforts with dedicated consulting, strategy and ongoing analytics'.
The company, which acquired real-time social media listening and engagement platform Engagor in May for an undisclosed sum, is online at www.clarabridge.com .
