Opinions Ltd Opens Mall-based Facility in Miami

US data collection and fieldwork services firm Opinions Ltd has opened a new facility at the Coral Square Mall in Miami, led by Matt Wilson.

The company is based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and offers qual and quant, regional and national research using methodologies such as on-location interviewing, mall intercepts, central location tests and focus groups. Founded in 1998 by Mark Kikel, who previously served as VP of Operations at Pat Henry Market Research, and as a Supervisor at National Market Measures (now MarketVision Research), it now employs a 500-strong team comprising researchers, data collectors, analysts and programmers.

The new Miami facility is the firm's 30th owned and operated location, offers both mall intercepts and focus group capabilities, and adds to recently opened mall-based premises in Hurst, Texas, Seattle and Washington DC.

Separately, the company has announced that Bonnie Ault and Tim Tauber have both been promoted to the role of Assistant Operations Manager.
