Clarabridge Enhances Customer Intelligence Platform

Customer experience management (CEM) and text analytics specialist Clarabridge has added a number of new features to its customer intelligence platform, to make it easier for clients to use their customer feedback data.

Fabrice MartinThese new features include improved natural language processing to support traditional Chinese, and updates for French, Spanish, and German; along with the addition of industry-specific category models in French and Spanish. Pre-designed sentiment packs are now offered, as well as more than 100 new emoticons for social media sentiment measurement.

The firm's CX studio is now equipped with UK English, Spanish and French user interfaces; and dashboard versioning has been introduced to enable CX analysts to try new approaches without jeopardizing the current visualization and dashboard layout.
