MARU/VCR&C Expands Retail and Shopper Insights Arm

Technology and insight communities business MARU/VCR&C has appointed Blake Burrus as Senior Vice President of its Consumer, Retail and Shopper Insights practice.

Blake BurrusMARU/VCR&C was formed earlier this year, following MARU Group's acquisition of Vision Critical's North American Research Consulting division. Burrus (pictured) most recently served as Head of Customer Success at ThinkVine, which helps clients align marketing and advertising with consumer behaviour. Prior to this, he spent fifteen years at Nielsen, where he latterly served as SVP, Nielsen NeuroFocus in North America, and was earlier SVP, BASES New Verticals.
