Walker Building New HQ

In the US, B2B customer experience consulting firm Walker Information is spending $11m on building a new, 54,000-square-foot headquarters in Indianapolis, where it plans to hire additional staff and deliver an expanded range of services. The firm expects to complete the move by the end of 2017.

Currently based in Pennsylvania Parkway, Indianapolis, Walker uses predictive and advanced analytics, custom consulting and other approaches to support customer retention and growth. The firm says it will be expanding its services and increasing its consulting, analytic, information technology and project management teams, to meet customer needs.

Chairman and CEO Steve Walker (pictured) comments: 'Our biggest strength is our people. We pride ourselves on the caliber of our workforce and the tenure of our employees - which is much longer than the industry average' - 40% of current Walker employees have been with the company for more than ten years.
