Opera and Acxiom Aim for Deeper Customer Insight

US-based big data specialist Opera Solutions has partnered with enterprise data and analytics firm Acxiom, to offer clients a deeper understanding of their customers.

Jeff Standridge and Laks SrinivasanThe partnership combines Opera's big data analytics platform Signal Hub - which processes data from more than 500 million consumers globally each day - with Acxiom audience management and personalization data packages. The firms say this will allow Signal Hub user businesses to generate new insights about their customers, refine existing customer preference and propensity information, and more accurately identify customer attributes such as unmet needs and location-based opportunities.

Jeff Standridge, VP of Audience Solutions at Acxiom, says the partnership will help enterprises to develop a deeper understanding of their customers, accelerate data-driven processes, and drive stronger revenue growth and profitability. Opera Solutions co-COO Laks Srinivasan adds: 'This partnership is a major milestone in our long collaborative history with Acxiom. We are now able to blend various data sets with our customers' internal data, expanding their capacity to build richer models and derive additional value using our Signal Hub platform'.
