SIS Expands Panels and Hires Two

New York City-based full service agency SIS International Research has expanded a number of its B2B, healthcare and B2C panels. The firm has also appointed Gina Zaccheo as Director of Global Operations, and Troy Cole as a Project Manager.

Founded in 1984, SIS offers a full range of services including fieldwork, data collection and strategic market research, from offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Manila and Shanghai. Services range from opinion, satisfaction and loyalty research to segmentation, competitive intelligence and usability testing.

SIS's healthcare panels, previously of CEOs and COOs, have added CIOs to reflect the importance of mobile technology and how it is changing patient care. A new database of managers in specialty pharmaceuticals will allow clients to reach managers who specialize in certain diseases and conditions, for example hemophilia.

The firm's B2B panels of managers covering global supply chains and distribution channels have been enlarged to cover more industries, with titles added to reflect the influence of the Internet of Things (IoT) in supply chain management. On the B2C side, SIS consumer panels for personal care products, household appliances and automotive, built over the course of over 30 years, have been expanded with more options relating to in-home usage tests (IHUTs), and static and dynamic car studies.

Zaccheo will lead a worldwide MR team, as well as the firm's Market Research Project Management team, having previously served as a Regional Manager at Cunningham Research; while Cole joins from Ipsos ASI and Lightspeed Research with more than thirteen years' experience in project management.
