In London, Harris Interactive has launched a 'rapid concept testing service' called Concept Express, with one option offering results within a day.
Users of the service can test up to eight concepts at a time across a 'general population audience' and receive results in less than 24 hours; or a targeted audience for results within a few days. As part of its standard service, Harris Interactive will help clients design questions and concepts, and launch the survey to a specific target audience. The wider service will also include category benchmarking, sector interpretation, and bespoke analysis and reporting.
