CX Exec Jennifer Batley Returns to Walker Information

In Canada, Jennifer Batley has returned to B2B customer experience (CX) consulting firm Walker Information as Senior Vice President, charged with providing strategic advice to clients.

Walker uses predictive and advanced analytics, custom consulting and other approaches to support customer retention and growth. Last month, the firm launched a tool called ProactiveAlert, which enables companies to forecast which customers are likely to be dissatisfied; and one called TrendAlert, which acts as an early warning system, using and analyzing data which companies are already tracking to trigger alerts in near-real time, while an issue is trending.

Batley (pictured) re-joins the company after nearly three years at Gordon Food Service, where as a member of the North American senior leadership team she led a team focused on a new omni-channel customer experience vision, sponsored transformational long range projects, and created new initiatives integrating the customer's voice with industry expertise and technologies. For the prior eighteen years, Batley worked for Walker Information, where she latterly served as Principal, SVP, Consulting Services, responsible for working with clients to use customer perspectives to grow market position. During her first term with the company, she specialized in customer retention, customer loyalty management, channel strategies and change management.
