Irish Launch for Voxpopme

February 28 2017

UK-based mobile video MR specialist Voxpopme has launched its on-demand video feedback app in Ireland.

CEO Dave CarruthersFounded in 2013, Voxpopme has offices across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and its platform is used to quickly capture video within any survey, 'analyse at scale and share with ease'. Feedback from Irish consumers is now available via apps on iOS and Android, and complements existing communities in the UK, Australia, Singapore and North America.

The firm says its on-demand communities are used for product testing, video NPS, ad testing and ethnographies, and complement its full suite of video capture solutions including video open-ends, long format uploads, and a recently announced Offline App. Consumer footage is immediately uploaded to an analytics platform, where it is categorised into key themes to produce insights in the form of 'showreels'.

The company has recently announced partnerships with US-based emotion measurement specialist Affectiva, and Kantar division Lightspeed, with whom it has launched a service called Video Answers, capturing and analysing open-ended video comment during the survey process.

CEO and founder Dave Carruthers (pictured) says given Ireland's status as a hub for innovation for many global companies, the firm sees this as 'an opportunity to work on some really exciting projects'. He adds: 'We can now capture video on-demand, in-survey, post-survey, offline, in a diarised style or even upload long format content. While all solutions prove popular, there is still always a huge appetite for our On-Demand communities due to the sheer speed of projects'.
