US advertising and brand research specialist Ameritest has appointed former Ipsos exec Emily Higgins as Vice President, Client Services in its Chicago office.
Founded in 1989, Ameritest has developed proprietary methods for evaluating ad effectiveness, covering TV, web, print, radio, package, out-of-home and early phase testing, as well as 'brandscape', storyboard development and campaign tracking. Higgins (pictured) joins with twenty years' research industry experience, with a focus on communications research, brand positioning and new product innovation. Most recently, she led a client service team at Ipsos Marketing, and before this she worked at Ipsos Connect as VP, Client Service and Director, Tracking and Brand Equity. During her career, she has also held senior positions at Kantar TNS, and IRI where she worked for more than eight years after beginning her career at Hagler Bailly Consulting.
