Fiftyfive5 Launches ANZ Social and Government Offer

August 3 2017

In Australia, insights consultancy Fiftyfive5 has launched a Social and Government offer, and appointed Mathew Densten as its Director.

Mathew DenstenFiftyfive5 was launched in Sydney, Australia in 2010 by three former Directors of The Leading Edge: Karen Phillips, Mark Sundquist and Darren Kemp. The firm says the launch of its new offer is in response to the demand for social and government research from both the private and sector - where the private sector is increasingly assessing its impact on society, and the public sector has experienced a transformation which has accelerated its needs for research and consulting.

Densten (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' experience in marketing and social research, including senior roles such as Executive General Manager of AMR Interactive, Head of Consumer Research at TNS Hong Kong, and Director at TNS Social Research (now Kantar Public). His background includes research expertise in communications, digital service development, community consultation, policy development and program evaluation, and he has led projects which informed the development and evaluation of government communication campaigns and reforms at a state and federal level.

Commenting on the appointment, Sundquist said: 'Our social and government offer combines our consulting-led approach to research and proven track record in delivering tangible results for clients, with Mathew's expertise in social research. Mathew will be Sydney based and will also work with our growing New Zealand office'.
