Burke Promotes for New Chief Client Officer Role

In the US, full service marketing research and insight education agency Burke Inc. has promoted Diane Surette to the newly created position of Chief Client Officer (CCO).

Diane SuretteBurke Inc., which is 100% employee-owned, is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, with regional offices across the US. In addition to offering a full range of MR services, the company runs the Burke Institute, which has trained more than 85,000 participants through more than 4,000 public and in-house MR seminars.

Surette (pictured) joined in 1996, and most recently served as EVP Client Services, with responsibility for leading the entire Client Services function. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with Organizational Effectiveness Consultants, and at the end of a consulting engagement with Burke was asked to join the company to set up a division focused on helping clients act on the customer data it provides.
