In the US, digital research data firm Research Now has partnered with US Hispanic membership platform SABEResPODER (SEP), to launch a platform giving researchers access to more than 750,000 Hispanic consumers across 50 US markets.
SEP connects US-based immigrant groups and their families to relevant information, products and services. Its platform combines a decision and information engine with a recommendation algorithm, to provide members with customized solutions across sectors such as education, healthcare, finance, jobs, telecommunication, legal and government.
The new Hispanic panel will be segmented across a variety of demographic, psychographic, attitudinal and acculturation variables. Amir Hemmat, President & CEO of SEP parent company URWelcome Technologies, says the deal will provide 'unparalleled access' to the US Hispanic market at scale.
Research Now's SVP of Panels & Partnerships, Ryan Jantz adds: 'Hispanic consumers are challenging to reach, engage, and retain via online research panels, due to the unique challenges of building an engaging environment for this audience. We're excited to bring a fresh approach to our clients, combining URWelcome's expertise in building lasting, relevant relationships with the Hispanic community, with our leading global demand and panel management expertise'.
