Harris Interactive has launched a product called PackTest Express, the latest tool in its digital new product development research suite.
The tool uses Toluna's research automation technology, and allows clients to tweak features, messaging, claims and price, to maximise sales on launch. It works alongside the firm's rapid concept testing service Concept Express, which allows clients to test new products and services prior to launch. The products use consistent metrics, and both offer real-time dashboard reporting for ease of interpretation.
The service is fully supported by Harris Interactive's research and category experts. Debbie Senior (pictured), VP Automated Products, explains: 'PackTest Express is the latest in a suite of products we're developing to fulfil a market need to optimise budget investment in high quality, fast-working products across the development cycle.
