US company Branded Research has changed the name of its proprietary panel management platform from MintVine to Branded Surveys, while rolling out a number of improvements for panelists.
The San Diego, California-based firm offers social media sample and quant research solutions, and earlier this year opened Branded Insights, a division focusing on market segmentation, gleaning insights about habits and tastes within specific demographics. Its renamed and enhanced Branded Surveys platform offers a feature called 'Branded Pay', offering the community access to additional reward options, with same day credit to members' bank accounts. The platform also now offers a loyalty program called Branded Elite, giving additional credits for consistent participation and for referring friends; and its new Survey Matching Engine assigns community members with MR opportunities based on their demographic and behavioral profiles.
CEO and co-founder Matt Gaffney states: 'The community spoke, and we listened. We relied on panelist feedback to guide the direction of the redesign in order to showcase a fresh and more straightforward look that we know our community will love'.
