Tech-enabled insights group Maru has launched a business called Maru/Blue, dedicated to giving clients access to known respondents from market communities across Canada and North America.
Formerly part of tech and communities business Maru/Matchbox, Maru/Blue is focused on providing access to 'deeply engaged, well-curated respondents', and its communities include Maru Voice Canada (formerly operating as the Angus Reid Forum).
It will be headquartered in Toronto and led by Rob Berger (pictured), who was previously MD, Market Communities at Maru/Matchbox. Berger will report to Maru Group CEO Ged Parton, who comments: 'The Blue business has exceptional foundations given the size of our active respondent base and the deep longitudinal history. By providing access to relevant, quality, well-profiled market communities, Maru/Blue is able to provide our clients with rapid and effective insights to guide their business strategies'.
