DACH Office for Euromonitor

Global market reports and analysis firm Euromonitor International has launched an office in Dusseldorf, servicing the DACH region - Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The company, which has been publishing international market reports, business reference books and online databases on consumer markets for some forty years, last opened in Hong Kong just over a year ago, and has since expanded its 'Passport' country coverage from eighty to 100 markets, representing 98% of global GDP and 91% of the global population.

Ratna Sita, the firm's DACH Head of Research comments: 'Technology is rapidly reshaping how we live, consume and purchase. Germany, the world's fourth largest economy, currently ranks eighteenth in Euromonitor's 'Digital Readiness Index', determining the ranking of a country through digital indicators.
