Impact Promotes for New Partnerships Role

In Australia, marketing intelligence and analytics specialist Impact has promoted Michael Head for a newly created role, Chief Partnerships Officer; and appointed Rob Perdue to its Board of Directors.

Impact offers a suite of products giving a single view into the consumer journey across devices and channels. Head (pictured) joined a decade ago as VP Sales North America, and most recently served as General Manager of the firm's Partnership Cloud. He previously co-founded location-based deal app SBClick, having begun his career at healthcare software firm Epic.

Separately, Perdue joins the Board after serving on the Board of The Trade Desk. Head and Perdue's appointments follow Impact's March 2019 establishment of the Partnership Automation category, and announcement of a $75m round of funding to support the adoption of its Partnership Cloud platform.

In the new role, Head will be responsible for establishing new company partnerships and the overall satisfaction, retention and growth of customers. He will lead the Partnerships and Customer Success teams, reporting to CEO David Yovanno, who comments: 'Mike has grown our company's sales organisation originally from a team of five, to over sixty worldwide, and led breakthrough company initiatives that have helped to establish us as a respected market leader. We're excited to have Mike's focused leadership now on the new investment we plan to make as a company, in a broader vision for the partnerships segment of our ecosystem'.
