Media Analytics Specialist Impact Radius Names New CEO

US firm Impact Radius has appointed David Yovanno as CEO, replacing co-founder Per Pettersen who becomes Executive Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer.

Impact Radius' suite of products provides a single view into the consumer journey, across all devices and channels. Last year, the firm acquired Forensiq, which claims to spot and remove ad fraud through the entire marketing funnel, leaving only viewable impressions served to real humans. Yovanno (pictured) joins from paid search SaaS technology firm Marin Software, where he served as CEO. Before this, he worked for personalized digital marketing specialist Conversant (formerly ValueClick, acquired by Alliance Data Systems) as President, Technology Solutions; and he was CEO of customer identity management platform Gigya. He has also served on the Board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau.

Pettersen will hand over his current responsibilities in order to focus on customer-driven innovation, while continuing to shape the company's vision and product strategy.
