Pharma Specialist ThinkGen Hires Two from CMI

In the US, full-service pharma market research and consultancy firm ThinkGen has appointed former CMI exec Will Leopold as SVP, overseeing one of its business units, while his former colleague Meredith Gilfeather joins as Vice President supporting him.

Will Leopold and Meredith GilfeatherBased in Philadelphia, ThinkGen provides customized MR solutions for healthcare companies, including qual and quant studies in the US and globally. Specialisms include product launches, message development, forecast modeling, customer segmentation and patient journey mapping; and the team covers a wide range of rare diseases and broad therapeutics.

Leopold spent the last four years at full service research firm CMI, latterly as VP of Client Engagement, Head of Life Sciences. Earlier, he was a Senior Analyst at Market Strategies International; Senior Project Director at Adelphi Group, and Research Executive at C3 Research.

Gilfeather also joins from CMI, where she was SVP, Client Solutions. She began her career at Yankelovich, before joining Greenberg Quinlan Research as a Senior Analyst, and then moving to Knowledge Networks (acquired by GfK in 2011) as a Senior Director. Later, she returned to Yankelovich, before moving to Digital Research as an AD.
