Meredith GilfeatherAtlanta, GA-based full service research firm CMI has appointed Meredith Gilfeather as VP of Insights and Analytics.

CMI focuses on customer acquisition, share and loyalty in B2C and B2B industries including telecoms, CPG, life sciences, financial services and insurance. Last summer, the firm set up a Behavioral Science Team, to implement the company's proprietary Behavioral Economics across sectors.

Gilfeather (pictured) joins after eleven years spent running her own market research consultancy. She began her career at Yankelovich, before joining Greenberg Quinlan Research as a Senior Analyst, and then moving to Knowledge Networks (acquired by GfK in 2011) as a Senior Director. Later, she returned to Yankelovich, before moving to Digital Research as an AD.

In her new role, Gilfeather will serve as the main contact for existing CMI clients and will also cultivate new partnerships.
