Extended Zoom Partnership for SurveyMonkey

Research software firm SurveyMonkey has extended its integration with Zoom, to improve virtual employee feedback experiences. The firm has also officially launched its GetFeedback customer experience (CX) solution.

Launch and partnership extension for SurveyMonkeyThe expanded deal with Zoom Video Communications offers to help organizations improve meeting effectiveness, allowing users to access SurveyMonkey employee feedback tools while using the Zoom platform. The deal includes access to SurveyMonkey's pulse checks, to help collect post-meeting feedback.

The new GetFeedback platform, announced in June, combines the solutions of CX management company GetFeedback and Voice of the Customer (VoC) tech provider Usabilla, which were both acquired by SurveyMonkey last year. The platform promises to help clients deliver experiences that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, while spending less time configuring complicated CX technology.
