Walnut Launches Agile Pack Testing Technique

January 18 2021

UK-based insights firm Walnut Unlimited has extended its range of pack testing options with the launch of Agile PACKMASTER, promising help to 'those looking for quick results on a tighter budget'.

Chris PeachA part of marcoms network the Unlimited Group, and itself formed from the 2017 merger of four insight businesses, Walnut's offer combines neuroscience, behavioural psychology and economics for clients in retail, technology, financial and FMCG markets, on customer experience, brand and communications projects. In the past year it has launched emotional response product testing approach TrueLiking, comms testing methodology adMIRE, and new features for its shopper research toolkit, adding behavioural science, neuroscience and advanced analytics.

Agile PACKMASTER provides a mixture of shelf-based metrics and pack deep-dives, leading to a final report combining normative data with professional interpretation from packaging specialists. Suitable for both new product innovation and brand redesigns, the firm says results from the service are available within one week and from 'as little as £3500'.

Head of Packaging & Design Chris Peach (pictured) comments: 'Our full range of pack testing capabilities has been honed over many years. The latest innovation, Agile PACKMASTER, combines the most important parts of a robust pack test with a focus on speedy delivery and cost-efficiency, without sacrificing the expert interpretation and support that our clients value'.
