BritainThinks Expands London Team

London-based qual-led insight and strategy specialist BritainThinks has expanded its team with the appointment of Sam Urbano as Research Executive, and Amber-Louise Large as Marketing and Events Intern.

Launched in 2010 by former Opinion Leader execs Deborah Mattinson, Viki Cooke and Ben Shimshon, BritainThinks offers strategic advice for political, corporate and not-for-profit clients. Its WorldThinks international division has a specific focus on reputation research.

Urbano joins from Opinion Research Services, where he worked in social research, focusing on issues of health and wellbeing. His background includes social and consumer research, online communities and stakeholder research: he previously worked for inkling as Community Manager/Executive Researcher, and was an Interviewer at Kwest Research. Large completed her NCTJ qualification with News Associates school of journalism, carried out a communications internship and volunteered as Head of Publicity and Head of Design for student media societies whilst at university.
