AppsFlyer Hires SVP Client Success

June 23 2021

Mobile app measurement and attribution platform AppsFlyer has appointed Chad Greenleaf as SVP Client Success, with a remit to expand its North America client success organization 'across the entire customer journey'.

Chad GreenleafAppsFlyer's platform measures the performance of marketing campaigns across thousands of media partners, including more than one trillion user actions every month. Millions of installs and uninstalls are analysed to allow marketers to link both end of the relationship with specific originating media sources and campaigns. The firm was valued at around $2bn in November when Salesforce Ventures was a latecomer to its $210m Series D round of funding.

Greenleaf brings more than 20 years of pre-sales, digital marketing and customer success experience, including six years in executive positions including VP Client Success at Domo, and earlier a number of years in senior management roles at Adobe, where he managed post-sales services teams across multiple products and groups. Prior to Adobe, he held a variety of operational management positions in the agency and transportation businesses. He holds an MBA with a Finance emphasis from Brigham Young University.

Brian Quinn, President & General Manager of AppsFlyer, North America comments: 'Too many growing SaaS companies falter because they can't effectively scale their post-sales client success organizations, leading to frustration and attrition. Chad has had tremendous success helping publicly traded SaaS companies like Domo and Adobe scale their operations globally, and we're delighted to have him bring his experiences and some of the vital structures, systems and processes he's used to achieve that success to AppsFlyer'.
