gyro and Merkle | DWA Brands Go in B2B Integration

Data-driven experience management company Merkle has fully integrated two of its B2B divisions - creative agency gyro and media agency Merkle | DWA - into its Merkle B2B business, and retired their brand names.

Rob GoldIn 2020, Merkle brought together five of its companies - including business research provider B2B International - to form the specialist data, media, and insights agency called Merkle B2B. The latest move is part of the group's realignment of its portfolio of B2B agencies, which Merkle says it is a 'significant step' towards providing a full-service growth partner for B2B brands.

Commenting on the move, UK CEO Rob Gold (pictured) said: 'After nearly three years of leading our B2B offering in the UK, it is very exciting to see the full integration of Merkle | DWA and gyro expanding our capabilities. With this move, we are bringing together our full-service offering to clients to completely transform modern customer experiences, creating personal relationships between B2B brands and people, and putting human relevance back at the centre of brand connections'.
