ironSource Launches App Analytics Tool

In Israel, app monetization software developer ironSource has launched a tool called App Analytics, to provide developers of apps and games with insights on user engagement and live operations.

Omer KaplanApp developers use ironSource's platform to engage users, monetize content, and analyze and optimize business performance. The platform already includes analytics tools such as cohort reporting, real-time pivot reports and segmentation, but the firm says the latest launch will give developers insights helping to improve a game's strategy or an app user's journey.

Currently in beta, App Analytics delivers insights into the entire app or game, with data on user behavior, playtime and progression. It also provides live ops software, allowing developers to manage their A/B testing and remotely configure their app without the need to release a new version. Using the tool, app developers can gauge the impact of changes to their app's workings, from design to in-game mechanics and in-app monetization.
