Cyara Launches CX Testing Self-Assessment Model

Silicon Valley customer experience software firm Cyara has released the CX Test Automation Maturity Model, a tool allowing businesses to self-assess their approach to automated CX testing, compare it with industry best practice and take steps to improve digital and voice customer contact.

Alok KulkarniThe new Model provides a full report on a company's automated CX testing, including a maturity score and benchmarking against industry standards; and outputs a CX testing recommendation tailored to the organisation and based on personalised survey results. The tool is free to use and available on the firm's web site.

Cyara has also introduced automated testing for chatbot security and data compliance: a solution called Botium, based on the the Open Web Application Security Project's standards for web and mobile technology (www.owasp.org ).
