Funds for Shopper Experience Firm Searchspring

In the US, shopper experience consultancy Searchspring has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from equity firm PSG, which it will use to expand its product innovation and for go-to-market expansion - both across the US and internationally.

Peter MessanaSearchspring promises eCommerce merchants the ability to create the 'ultimate shopper experience', and to facilitate better product discovery through semantic site search capabilities. The firm's data and reporting give merchants a detailed look at shopper behavior and search performance, and help target the right product to the right shopper at the right time. Two years ago, the company acquired 4-Tell, the company behind AI-driven personalization platform Smart Commerce.
