Alida Adds Mobile Feedback App to TXM Platform

Experience management firm Alida has enhanced its Total Experience Management (TXM) platform, with the addition of a mobile feedback app to help organizations build 'stronger connections with hard-to-reach customers'.

Headquartered in Canada and previously known as Vision Critical, Alida offers access to a TXM platform giving clients an 'always-on' community of their most engaged customers. Recent additions to its offer include customer engagement tool Conversational Surveys and personalization, reporting and privacy capabilities.

With the new mobile app, customers can engage with community members whenever they want, and wherever they are. The firm says that with the launch, respondents and community members can answer Quick Polls and provide feedback on content, such as product prototypes and visuals, just as easily with the mobile app as they would on a desktop.

New social media listening capabilities enable clients to track what people think of their mobile apps; and overlay feedback from other sources, such as community panels and surveys, so they can understand app reviews in the context of the end-to-end customer experience. Alida says the update allows clients to 'connect the dots' between mobile app reviews and customer satisfaction, referrals, subscriptions, spending etc, to demonstrate the measurable impact of app improvements on their overall business performance.
