Alida Adds 'Conversational Surveys' to TXM Platform

October 25 2022

Experience management specialist Alida has added a product called 'Conversational Surveys' to its Total Experience Management (TXM) platform, to drive higher engagement with customers through interactive feedback.

Riaz RaihanAlida (previously known as Vision Critical) developed its TXM platform to help organizations combine the voice of their customers and employees, and reveal the best methods for building more innovative and optimized experiences. The Fall 2022 release of TXM adds Conversational Surveys, which uses SMS to engage participants. Riaz Raihan (pictured), President of Products and Engineering, explains: 'In today's climate, it's imperative that businesses leverage tools that allow them to meet their customers faster where they are. With Alida's latest product, Conversational Surveys, companies can easily engage with customers via SMS in a conversational style'.

In addition, the firm has enhanced its Surveys and Community tools, including its highlighter, media player, multiple choice grids in tables, and multiple options for single choice grids. Alida has also given respondents the opportunity to provide feedback in their preferred language through a language selection menu, and added new Catalan language support. The tools can now automatically detect device languages on Mobile App, and translate all non-user generated content into multiple languages, including traditional and simplified Chinese. Other enhancements to the CXM platform relate to streamlining workflows with improved admin experience, and conducting deeper analysis.
