2CV Unveils New Data Collection and Analysis Tools

UK-based consumer and B2B researcher 2CV has launched three AI-assisted research solutions, covering chatbot surveys, analysis and qualitative probing.

Tim Blandford2CV is part of Digital Technology Advisory Group (DTAG), acquired a year ago by private equity firm Vespa Capital. Headquartered in London, it has additional offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Singapore. The firm says it has been exploring applications of AI for a number of years, 'curating best-in-class tools and techniques after experimenting at-length to ensure quality standards are maintained'.

The new solutions are Talkbot, which provides Chatbot surveys using conversational AI to deliver generative probing, creative & projective exercises and in-built AI-assisted analysis; Insight.AI, tools for speeding up the thematic analysis of unstructured data; and SmartProbe, which taps conversational AI to unlock additional qualitative depth within traditional surveys via generative AI probing. Talkbot and SmartProbe have been launched through a partnership between 2CV and conversational AI company Nexxt Intelligence | inca.
