Suzy Launches AI-Powered 'Qual Analysis' Solution

New York-based consumer insights tech firm Suzy has launched an AI-powered tool called Qual Analysis, providing enterprise brands with rapid insights through transcripts and project summaries.

Katie GrossWith integrated quant, qual and audiences in a single research cloud, Suzy says its qualitative offering enables researchers to uncover the underlying motivations behind quantitative data. The firm provides various options, including video open ends, one-on-one interviews, remote focus groups, and in-home usage testing. Live responses are generated in just a few hours for asynchronous input, or in less than 72 hours for live interviews.

The new Qual Analysis tool enables brands to back up findings with supportive quotes, timestamped for easy reference. Summaries can be filtered by cohorts, to enable brands to focus on their most relevant data points.

Separately, Suzy has partnered with Market Research Institute International (MRII) to develop a course covering qualitative research basics, and is also launching a number of new courses.
