Sprinklr Expands CXM Coverage to New Google Tool

Unified customer experience management platform Sprinklr has expanded its dashboard coverage to include Google and YouTube's new AI-powered ad solution Demand Gen Campaigns.

Users can also automatically identify new audiences and remove or suppress irrelevant ones, with Sprinklr's audience integrations and insights; optimise ad budgets with help from visualisations of audience behaviour and web site traffic; and reduce brand risk with built-in auditability and AI-powered smart compliance.
