Human8 Promotes to Optimise Talent and Portfolio

Human8 has promoted Amy Perifanos, previously VP of Commercial Solutions North America, to global Chief Portfolio Officer, with a seat on the Global Leadership Team.

Amy PerifanosConsumer insight provider InSites Consulting changed its name to Human8 in March last year, having in the previous five years acquired nine agencies: Direction First, Columinate, eÿeka, Join the Dots, ABN Impact, Answer, Space Doctors, Gongos and Happy Thinking People.

Perifanos joined Gongos more than ten years ago, and led new practices it launched focused on Insight Curation and later Strategy and Implementation. In her new position she will play a 'transformative' role in shaping Human8's future, steering the 'growth and optimisation' of its global portfolio and helping to ensure consultants have the skills they need to meet clients' challenges in the future. Human8 says the move reflects the fact that it 'puts positive change at the heart of its business and helps clients to do the same'.
