Merger for Experience Consultancy Bounteous

In the US, innovation and experience consultancy Bounteous is to merge with digital engineering, data and AI services provider Accolite Digital, creating a new end-to-end digital transformation services consultancy with a focus on 'co-innovation'.

Bounteous was founded in 2003 in Chicago, employs around 2,000 people and offers services under the headings of Strategy, Experience Design, Technology, Analytics and Insight, and Marketing. Just under two years ago the company launched an India-based delivery arm. Accolite, with around 3,000 staff, works on digital transformation initiatives for large corporates in banking and financial services, insurance, technology, media and telecom, healthcare and logistics. The combined company will have more than 1,200 people in North America and 3,400 in APAC, with something over 400 in Europe.

The combined entity will have co-CEOs in Bounteous co-founder and CEO Keith Schwartz (pictured) and Leela Kaza, founder and CEO of Accolite.
