Milestone for Zoomerang

Online survey software provider Zoomerang, owned by California's MarketTools, Inc., has reported the launch of its one millionth survey, a customer satisfaction review by a multinational corporation. Zoomerang debuted in the fall of 1999.

Paula Rivers, Vice President and General Manager of Zoomerang, says the milestone is 'an exciting marker for us' and 'underscores Zoomerang's high adoption rate and its position as market leader. Today, the product has been adopted by users in 200 countries and 26.5 million survey responses have been recorded'.

Zoomerang used a viral marketing engine to gain rapid take-up for its low-cost, simple interface alternative to other software circulating at the time, and boasts customers from small businesses and nonprofit organisations to multinational corporations such as DuPont, Levi Strauss and United Way.
