Millward Brown Joins Walker in AsiaPac

Millward Brown has become a licensed member of the Walker Global Network in Asia Pacific. Under the licensing arrangement Millward Brown will offer stakeholder relationship measurement and management products developed and provided by stakeholder research specialist Walker.

Millward Brown will now have the exclusive rights to conduct studies using Walker tools in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. The proprietary products include Customer Relationship Assessment; Lost Customer Assessment; Customer Transaction Assessment; and Employee Relationship Assessment with Business Integrity Assessment. In addition, Millward Brown serves as Walker's exclusive partner in the UK, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Turkey.

Andreas Sperling, CEO Millward Brown Asia Pacific says the companies 'hope to leverage each other's network to bring more value and a wider product offering to our clients, who are increasingly looking for integrated services providers.'

The initiative will be led from Millward Brown's side by Neerja Wable, Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development. Wable said: 'Maintaining, monitoring and measuring relationships is one of the most important aspects of our clients' businesses.'
