Maritz Hires Business Development Director

Maritz Research has appointed Sue Madeley as Business Development Director with responsibility for the financial services sector in the UK. Her most recent role was in business development at Synovate.

Madeley has more than 12 years' experience in market research, working with IT and financial services clients. As Business Development Manager at Synovate, she worked with financial sector clients, implementing continuous satisfaction tracking programs using IVR technology.

Previously she worked as VP for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Prognostics, a customer satisfaction vendor in IT subsequently acquired by NFO. Prior to this, she developed customer satisfaction research programs at research and business intelligence firm Romtec.
