Senior Hires for MarketTools

US-based online agency MarketTools, Inc. has announced three senior appointments. Jeff Greenberg joins as President of Worldwide Operations, Pamela S. Kramer as Chief Marketing Officer and W. Michael Conklin as Chief Methodologist.

Greenberg will lead all sales and client service operations across the company's spectrum of delivery channels, from full-service to self-serve, including all MarketTools-branded services and capabilities as well as online self-service research platform Zoomerang.

Greenberg has more than 20 years of experience in building start-up companies. Prior to joining MarketTools, he was President and CEO of Vividence, a pioneer in web-based customer experience solutions. Previous roles include CEO of ShoppingList.com and more than 20 years with Information Resources Inc. (IRI) including spells as President of Customer Sales and Service, and President of the e-commerce division.

He will report to CEO Amal Johnson, who says: 'Jeff brings a wealth of outstanding leadership experience in market research, e-commerce and innovative combinations of both, making him the right executive to bring our core business operations to the next level'.

Kramer will be responsible for leading the branding and positioning of MarketTools' products and services and will provide input in product development and delivery. Her background is in high-technology and financial services marketing and new business development. She worked previously at E*TRADE FINANCIAL, as Vice President of Product Development then as Chief Global Products Officer and Content Development Officer, and finally CMO. She also worked with Salomon Brothers and Storm Technology.

As Chief Methodologist, Conklin will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced analytical products and techniques used for MarketTools' research. He is a Bayesian research modeling expert, with 24 years' experience of MR and analytical methodology. He spent ten years as a Senior VP and Team Leader of Analytic Services for GfK Custom Research Inc. in Minneapolis, and was previously VP of Analytic Services for Custom Research Inc. as well as President of Research Innovations Inc. He is a frequent speaker at the AMA's Annual Advanced Research Techniques Forum and the American Statistical Association's Joint Statistical Meetings conference.
