Loyalty Expert Lowenstein Joins Harris

Harris Interactive has appointed Michael Lowenstein as VP and Senior Consultant in its US Customer Loyalty Management (CLM) Research Practice. He was previously Senior VP at GfK NOP's Customer Management Center.

Lowenstein has more than 30 years of management and consulting experience in customer and staff loyalty research, customer relationship management (CRM), loyalty program development, employee alignment, and strategic marketing and planning.

He has written three books about customer loyalty: Customer Retention: Keeping Your Best Customers, The Customer Loyalty Pyramid, and One Customer, Divisible. He also co-wrote Customer WinBack.

Lowenstein also develops and facilitates customer life cycle workshops for the Direct Marketing Association. He has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and is a PhD candidate in Strategy and Program Management at the ISGI Groupe Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Lille in France.

In his new role, he will advise the CLM practice and be actively involved in business development activities in the technology, telecom and other industries worldwide. He will be based in Princeton, New Jersey.
