KPO Firm Hires to Extend Offering

July 17 2006

Indian-based MR support firm Dexterity KPO Services has boosted its Business Analysts team with the appointment of two former Frost & Sullivan analysts, Sankara Jambulingam and Poornima Vijayan.

At Frost & Sullivan, the two worked in the Test & Measurement Group where they tracked and reported on trends in the global and regional Communication and Manufacturing Test market.

Dexterity says the appointment will strengthen its ability to provide high-value services for the MR industry, extending its suite of offerings to include desk research, online research, data analysis and data mining.

KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) is a fast-growing industry with Indian firms leading the way - see DRNO www.mrweb.com/drno/news5615.htm for some recent comments and statistics.

Dexterity provides end-to-end IT services for MR and analysis sectors. These include software development, application management, dialler (CATI) solutions and Knowledge Process Outsourcing. The company is based in Chennai, India and has subsidiaries in Germany and the USA. It is on the web at www.mrkpo.com .
